We stayed at villager Jim's cottage in Sept and we were very very disappointed. It was full of cobwebs and dirty with faecal/blood stains on the bedding. lifting floorboards in the bathroom were badly repaired (bodged) and just well below expectations. What was most disappointing was the very poor response to complaints to the owners.

I ordered 4 labrador cushions and ended up with 2 labrador throws instead! Have sent 2 messages through the "contact us" option however heard nothing back. Will give call them today, so wish me luck.
