Friendly service

The application process was kind of extensive and annoying for me but I did get through it all. It took a while to actually get my card....almost 4 weeks. So far, everything else is going smoothly. There have been no issues with using my MC anywhere. The payment process on the website is quick and easy although I could not find an app for my phone. As of right now, I would recommend this card and company.

This company has very poor customer service. I was told a supervisor was going to call me back twice never received a call.
