Easy to use. A few quick steps and I got the help I needed.

Credit limit increase after 6 months. Have been unable to use for larger purchases online (I attempted to purchase an airline ticket and was declined 5 times when I had $0 balance on my card). The cash back rewards has disappeared from the app making them virtually non existent. I like the convenience of the app to pay my balance every month. Not a bad card to have in my wallet. I hope they work out the inability to purchase online and make it so cash back rewards can be used. If those items were fixed I'd give 5 stars
