I had a hard time getting need documents but the Customer service was patient with me which kept me in the process and the loan was granted to me. Thanks to all I spoke to!!!

Was easy and quick application and money in my bank in couple days.

All of the people I had to deal with were very friendly. They were knowledgeable, all of my questions were answered thoroughly and in a way that I understand what was needed.

Well I was approved on January 8 and I still waiting for my credit card

I was told that the card would arrive in 7 to 10 business days via the email. It did not arrive in that time frame. A few days after the end of that time frame, I locked the card because I was afraid it may have gotten into the wrong hands. I called today to find out what happened and was told that it's actual 10 to 15 business days and because I locked it they never sent it. It was locked two days before the end of 15 business days, so that means it still would not have gotten to me in the time allotted. There needs to be better information so that people don't expect something incorrectly. I now have to wait another 10 to 15 days.

Quick and easy. I had an approval within a few hours and funding the following day. Will definitely use them again if the need arises.
