I was about to give up I was convinced that nobody wanted to give me a second chance but my husband couldn’t leave it alone he kept nagging me to apply to Avant well I looked them up. They sounded to good to be true low and behold I applied and yes they were all right

Great service and responsive time with my questions

It has been 5 days since Mr. Greg Mitchell stated he would have someone credit the $45 back to my account immediately and still it has not been done. I have been trying to get a $45 adjustment added back to my card that Avant took on December 19th and representatives continue to give me misinformation. A gentleman that I spoke with over 2 weeks ago stated the glitch in the system would correct itself before my next billing cycle and I'm still waiting. I called back today 1/23/25 and a young lady by the name of James stated it has already been done, although I'm not seeing the adjustment on my end nor has it reflected in my balance. Today I'm moving forward with reporting the issue to the BBB.

Great card, I have had this service card for years

Got a personal loan from Avant a couple of years ago. I paid it off early. Applied for another loan and to my surprise, I was denied. Whats interesting is that my credit score is higher now, my income is higher, my overall credit history is longer now also. Nothing negative either. . This leaves me with only one explanation, Avant does not like it when you pay off your loan early and will deny you if you apply for another loan in the future.
