I live outside the UK and have ordered Dyson parts on two separate occasions. Can't fault the speed and efficient service and the customer service is second to none. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I recently purchased a fan from this company which suddenly stopped working two weeks in. I contacted the sales team who immediately apologised, offered a refund or exchange. I opted for an exchange and they sent a replacement immediately. This was before I used pre paid wrapping to return the broken item back to them. That is excellent service.
