Unfortunately I did not have a good experince. I purchased a Flyscreen last week, £128 including postage, however the length and width of the product is incorrect; 70mm too wide to fit within my window frame, lets just stick with that for now. Lady from Domondo was nice that I spoke to and offered me the ability to purchase another one at a reduced price; I didn't ask how much by as I do not want to do that. I was told that I could not get the current Flyscreen that I have modified to the correct size, or recieve a refund as apparently in the small print, there are some dimmensions of the product that (I the customer), have to take into account when measuring, fine. This however is very poorly shown on the website. I cannot have the ability to upload any sort of photo here, but essentially, when you go to the website and find roller fly screens, sorry I can't post a link. You have to type in your measurements of the size you need. What the website doesn't tell you on that page however, is that you HAVE to click on a link that says 'HOW TO MEASURE' just above to see where you put in your dimmensions. This is an honest mistake, but in my opinion, if the customer needs to take into account additional measurements that need to be subtracted, then it should be on this page right there; not on a link that takes you to a PDF where they're listed in a lot of text at the bottom. Most customers would see the measurements box and start typing their width and length in my opinion. Or atleast don't allow the customer the ability to proceed entering their size without being taken to a seperate part of the website first. I kept calm on the call and as I said, the lady I spoke to was nice; but the termonology I heard used from Domondo is that they 'assume' that you will click on that link. Even the text box above it that says 'please read the instructions carefully' doesn't actually say about clicking on the link that says 'how to measure'. Anyway, I clearly can't get my money back and will not be purchasing anything from Domondo again in future. I'm not mad, just dissapointed that the product doesn't fit and therefore that's £128 wasted, all based on something that I believe should be taken into account on Domondo's end, or clearly stated right where the customer puts their measurements in. Lovely blinds and service

Ordered this screen for a dormer window in a loft room. Apart from a delay on the couriers side, arrived as stated, was easily assembled and fixed in place all within half an hour. No more wasps and plenty of fresh air!

So far no news on damaged blind. Packaging not good enough. Waiting for it to be resolved. Slow response

Almost impossible to put together, if u don’t have power tools I don’t recommend. For the price or a little extra I’d be happy to pay for a fully assembled one

Needed a fly screen for a tilt and turn window and found Domondo online not sure if this product would work but ordered anyway Delivered on time and as the screen was self assemble followed the instructions Let me just say the screen was better than expected and assembly was wonderful excellent quality and service Will definitely us again

Disappointed as paid nearly £100 pounds when it got delivered we found we had to put it all together

The actual product is good value. The length of delivery is longer than expected. However very bad experience with delivery provider UPS who dumped the item in a road nowhere near my address. I was fortunate that someone kindly picked it up and tracked me down. I found Domondo somewhat unhelpful in this regard stating that they had no control over UPS.

The fly screen door I purchased is very flimsy and not at all as described
