Sithra was very helpful and brightened up my day whilst helping me find a missing invoice.

I had to call in regarding outstanding items on backorder. I spoke with SITHRA, who from answering my call to resolving my issue was very friendly, polite and extremely efficient. She was able to confirm when the item would be due in and as the change to the delivery date was too long, offer me an alternative and have it despatched while I was still on the call. So nice to be listened to and not get fobbed off. I was immediately sent an email confirming the changes. Thank you :)

The follow-up to the problem I raised was so helpful and made a rather stressful situation so much better. Jasmine did everything she could to make sure the problem was fully resolved.

Excellent experience again from SP and their friendly and helpful customer service assistant, Jasmine. This is the second we've ordered with SP, this time for a large navy blue pouch to be used as our travel first aid kit bag. As well as some eyepad dressings. I have been trying to find a suitably sized first aid bag for my partner and I's daytrips and weekends away, and SP had a fantastic selection of bags and also pouches that you insert inside to further organise it. As this is just for personal and first aid use, we only needed a pouch and not a professional bag, so we started browsing SP's selection and were impressed by the quality, selection and price. They have all shapes, sizes and colours of pouches, most of which are designed to organise a larger bag but can also be used independently as standalone supply pouches, first aid kits or for medical equipment storage. We decided on one that's long enough to accommodate the 20cm long dressing pads we carry for wound compression. Previously, we had to crumple them up and stuff them into our small makeshift first aid kit that consisted of a repurposed toiletry bag; it looked messy and was probably damaging and creasing the dressings. Jasmine was incredibly helpful and friendly. She contacted me to discuss the availability of the blue pouch I had ordered and even offered to have another colour sent to me more quickly if I preferred it. Plus, she even offered me the kind option of swapping to a colour with a quicker delivery time with absolutely no additional charge (even if the alternative bag was slightly more expensive). We decided to stick with the original colour. Great service and a positive attitude from Jasmine who is a credit to SP and demonstrates the companies focus on providing ongoing support and assistance. Thanks again SP and Jasmine!
