The website is an easy website to navigate the way round, the orders arrived exactly what I ordered and in timely manner

Great people, I messed up the postal address but they sorted it all out at no cost, and just got on with it. Good stock, prompt dispatch, what more can I say? 10/10

Great customer service with return - in particular with Sithra

SP's customer service is second to none. For such a large company, I'm on first name terms with many of their staff and no request has ever been too difficult. Their bags are great quality and survive the absolute hammering we give them. What I love is that customers get exactly the same level of quality service, whether they're ordering 3 bandages or 500 trauma kits. Jasmine, Steve, Kully, and countless others, are an absolute credit to the company. Keep hold of these staff members and you'll keep hold of your customers too!

Am going through the department COSHH sheets & needed some safety Data Sheets from SP services for some of the items we have. Emailed them & they emailed me back within 24 hours, which was really appreciated as I have an awful lot of them to do so the fact I didn't have to wait around for days to get them meant I could get them done so much faster
