SP Services responded quickly to my request and sent the items out very promptly, thank you. However, you've lost one star as the DPD delivery driver did not attempt to deliver to me, I was at home, but left the package outside the door. Luckily I spotted the van and went outside, but too late to speak to the driver.

Izabella was pleasant on the phone and was so prompt in her follow up email. I wanted to see the inside of one of their log books to check its applicability for what I need it for. The pictures were a great help and in fact will be leading to a purchase.

This is my first order with SP Services. I placed an order over the weekend and was contacted via email this morning to inform me that the product would not be available for 3 months due to 'supply chain issues'. The web page gave the impression it was in stock. I replied to the email stating that the delay was not indicated or acceptable and that I wished to cancel my order. Over 3 hours later I received an order confirmation and sure enough, payment including postage has been deducted from my bank account. Appalling service - let's see how long the refund takes.

I found SP Decorating service absolutely faultless. Extremely professional but personal too. They adapted to my requirements. The lady they sent to do my decorating was a pleasure to have in my home. Her work was impeccable. I could not recommend more highly

Order placed, did not acknowledge order as their computer "doesn't like Gmail email addresses ?" Rang 2 days later to check, order had been dispatched and would be with me Thursday 5th October. Didn't arrive, chased and was told it hadn't been dispatched because of an error. Told SP Services to cancel my order and refund me. Still no refund.
