Staff are top-notch, the website is easy to navigate and the list of products is constantly expanding, evolving. My most recent purchase - Tracerlite boots - and they arrived very quickly even on standard delivery and are probably one of the most comfortable sets of boots I've ever owned.

Lack of products in stock. Even when they say online there is availability. What more when contacting the customer service team with a email and cc the MD in on email you would of thought have a reply but 3 weeks later not had any thing back !
