I've been using SP Services for a number of years. Recieved my items quickly before due date. Only thing missing was masks out of stock. Tried 3 times. Justine is amazing point of contact.

Countless emails ignored Been told item is out of stock yet in stock when I ordered 2 WEEKS AGO No communication about my item being out of stock Rude on the Phone Asked for a refund and the phone got hung up on me This is appalling customer service and I will not be using your Company again The lack of manners are unprofessional

Spent £200 on item stated was in stock, several days later heard nothing so did live chat, was told no stock, very impolite customer services, now have to wait 5 days for the money they took when they had no stock, will shop medtree in future.

Pushing non alcohol hand and floor cleaner as all W h o and NHS say use alcohol hand gel against coronavirus.

They're not the cheapest, but I need to know that I can have total trust in how my supplies are sourced, how they're stored, and reliability of delivery.
