I have consistently found SP Services to be great place to purchase my medical equipment - I have been a customer since Feb. 2005!

As always very good service ... Only issue is the differential between UK and Irish prices are huge ... can't understand it ... Brexit can't be blamed for everything ...

Excellent customer service from SP. They have a really friendly communication team and the whole company feels quite small and family run despite its size and position as leader for medical supplies in the UK. My advice would be to contact SP if there is something that you need or want to know, I’m sure they will be able to help you.

5 stars is not enough to describe our experience today. Lucinda, you are a star and helped cater to my every whim today. Nothing was a problem, everything a simple solution. Change of colours sizes, adding and removing items from my order. Our visit to the shop today was a dream and we simply can’t thank you enough. Lucinda even helped me carry the huge box out to the car! Absolute credit.

Excellent customer service! Regularly order from SP service and my call is always dealt with professionally and efficiently. My call today was handled by Natalie who has an amazing product knowledge and really went the extra mile to ensure that i had everything that i needed.

Superb fast service to replace equipment I had broken. Lenni let me know straight away that one item was out of stock. Very amicable solution and very quick delivery of the other items with dpd letting me know an hour window in which items would be delivered and they did arrive in that window which allowed me to work my day round it. Clear easy to use website and fast payment and delivery on time

Where have all the anti viral masks gone? SP Services used to be the place to go to for these. I am so very disappointed that Bio Masks are no longer available. Not the fault of SP Services but no alternatives offered? Anti viral masks are not a luxury but life savers for many people. PLEASE re stock with an alternative so that your customers are not forced to go to America for an inferior product.

Nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff, all orders are carefully picked and properly packaged. Quick delivery and overall great service.
