Brilliant service. The item I ordered (parabag) was out of stock so they called me to let me know. I wasn't fussy about the colour so they changed for a different one which was in stock. With no delay on delivery. Great customer service.

If it hadn't been for Rob sorting out our account we would have struggled to provide first aid cover in Dunfermline for the Safe Zone. We needed a lot of equipment fast and he managed the whole thing for us. Supplies are reasonable priced and delivered quickly. Sincere thanks to Rob!!

I’ve purchased my kit from SP Services since they very first started, normally with no issues or when a problem has occurred it’s been dealt with quickly. Of recent however this customer service seems to have slipped. I purchased several Parabag items namely an A5 and A4 folder and a large grab bag. The handle and zip broke on the A4 folder within a few weeks and one of the buckles on the bag just snapped. I spoke to SP over the folder and was told it would be looked into but never heard back, I emailed photos as requested but nothing. So the A4 folder went in the bin ! Shame as in days of old something would have been done but I guess it’s such a big company now the small guy that purchases is on the byline. Most of our kit on station comes from SP Services but I guess the NHS trusts spend millions more than I do !!!!!!!

Difficulty in ordering online many times, difficulty changing promo code once applied. Have tried a few times, will try other sites as its wasting my time and customer services just say call them.

Purchased boots with free socks - boots arrived socks did not !
