Excellent Customer Service

As a First Responder, I always like to blend into my surroundings and ensure that I don't stick out like a sore thumb. To this end, I recently ordered a subtle, green and yellow highly reflective softshell jacket from SP Services. Due to my resemblance to an American Fridge Freezer in both height and circumference, I needed to order the tent size, which unsurprisingly was out of stock. I was swiftly informed after placing my order that due to needing the annual cotton output of several small countries to complete the order that it would take an additional 7 to 10 working days before they would have stock available to send to me, but that they would send it by expedited carrier pigeon the moment it arrived with them. Expecting to have to wait a couple of weeks for my delivery I proceeded to staple several cheap Chinese made flashing blue lights to myself as temporary camouflage, however before the puncture wounds even had a chance to scab over and tetanus take hold I had a text from SP Services to say that my order would be delivered the very next day! True to their word the package was duly delivered (which, given the courier company in question is a small miracle, but I digress!), I wasn't aware until recently that they employ either wizards or particle physicists within their warehouse to pack the parcels, as they managed to compress the very fabric of spacetime to put my oversized high visibility muumuu into a box the size of which I would have struggled to fit my second breakfast into. Unfortunately something had to give, and after watching a demonstration of the galactic big bang and rapid expansion as I opened the top of the box and the understated garment unfurled itself, it was apparent that some of my promised freebies that were listed on my order and my packing list had simply proven Shrodingers theory and upon visually inspecting them they had ceased to exist within this reality. In a highly distressed state that the items which I had not paid a single penny for, nor had I any expectation of, had not been delivered, I contacted SP Services immediately. Being a founder member of the Chairborne Rangers, the web chat was the only real choice of contact methods. I furiously pounded out my exasperation to the web chat agent and then dug in and prepared for the inevitable long battle. However, it was not to be! The web agent quickly disarmed my usual keyboard warrior tendencies and not only listened to my rantings but then actually offered to do something about it! Clearly, this person has not read the "Big Corporate Guide to Fobbing Off Your Customers", nor the "If You Ignore Them Long Enough They Will Go". How dare they immediately offer to sort things out!? Therefore I reluctantly have to give SP Services a full 5 stars on this review. Clearly, from the other reviews on this page, this level of Customer Service is simply an illusion created by the Derren Brown trained agents. I mean, obviously I wasn't affected with their Jedi mind tricks ... Thank you SP and the Team. Keep up the good work!

SP Services have been amazing in…

SP Services have been amazing in helping us upgrade and improve our first aid/medical equipment for our support car fleet. Charlotte has been super helpful and knowlagble. Nothing was to much trouble even when we kept changing the quantity and type of equipment we needed in each bag. The fact that our bespoke parabags came perkitted saved us a lot of time not having to build everything ourselves. A couple of things were missing from the order, however once I told Charlotte she apologised and had everything sorted within a couple of hours and the stuff was being shipped out the same day. This is what makes the diffrance to other companies is that SP Services cares and wants to make sure their customers are happy.

I have purchased from SP Services since their early days and with their fantastic range of products, advice and service I see no reason to change my supplier now or indeed the future. Well done to Steve and the whole team for building such a fantastic supply service.
