Quick to respond to requests for quotes. Staff very pleasant & helpful. Deliveries always well packaged - often using recycled packaging to reduce impact on environment - and prompt arrival of orders. We have used SP Services as our preferred supplier of pre-hospital care products for many years and have no reservation in recommending them.

I've used SP Services for over Twenty years now for various orders, large and small. Never had an issue with them and if you have to contact them for whatever reason, the staff are always polite, helpful and friendly.

Generally very good and my preferred medical supply retailer, really friendly customer service and great delivery times, but there is the odd occasion and it has happened a few times, when I won’t receive the exact item I ordered but an equivalent item. The replacement is always worth a higher price at no extra cost to myself but I personally would prefer my order to be delayed and receive exactly what I ordered
