I have ordered this beautiful Kanjivaram saree from Weaverstory. The customer service was prompt.They have delivered the product before time which I really appreciate The packaging missed few elements but after being asked seller has promptly delivered them. Will recommend to friends and family. Thankyou for making my mother's bday special.

The cancellation or exchange policy nowhere mentions that if a saree has had a fall and pico it cannot be returned. Customers are duped to taking the option of a finished saree with fall and pico.

This was my first time buying a saree online and i am glad i made it from weaverstory. The best thing was the quality of the saree. It was exactly as mentioned in the description. The fabric and the colour of the saree is super awesome. Thanks to the wonderful customer service of Weaverstory, they even made a follow up call to me asking if i received the saree. Overall i liked Weaverstory and would recommend it to everyone.

I ordered banarasi saree and a ready to wear blouse, I must say that it’s beautiful and the quality is up-to my expectations. Also the delivery was pretty fast. I was able to directly contact them through WhatsApp and they were prompt in replying and addressing my request.

Having browsed a few thousand sarees for my wedding , I must say that I haven't come across a better banarasi saree collection than weaver story. Subsequently I got a banarasi saree for my wedding from them and hands down it was the most beautiful saree I had seen!! Such intricate weaves and I'm just glad that I could be a weaver story bride. Adding to this Cant think of many words to explain the amazing customer service I've had with these guys!!! Nishant and his team were spot on with their customer service as I had placed an order during the peak of a covid lockdown in kerala. Nishant ensured my saree reached me on time for my event and I couldnt be more grateful for his team.
