POOR SERVICE Weaver Story has beautiful sarees and we bought three sarees. that was the day we liked a lot of sarees and settled for three. they were left for fall and piko. and when my sarees arrived i noticed that my full jaal saree had holes in it at three four places. since lockdown had begun i didnt expect anything to happen . with much effort i was handed a credit note even though i shdve got a refund as the prod was damaged.I thought that's fine too and i will pick up something else. sadly i've been chasing them and my issue hasnt got sorted till date.The salesman keeps saying ma'am i'll call u back or send pics of more sarees to choose from .Neither happens. i wud like a refund so that i can buy a sareee wherever i like.in any case i lose bcoz these sarees were bought in sale and it was a gorgeous saree. Even requested them for a duplicate peice .LOOKING TO RESOLVE URGENTLY.
