Filling my prescription was easy and shipping was in a very reasonable time frame. It actually arrived sooner than I was expecting. Will definitely use again.

Customer service called about the prescription right after I placed the order. Customer service through online chatting was very responsive. The order status was updated promptly. The order handling was fast. The expedited shipping was very fast. (it only took about 3 days from India to Seattle). The product is as described. The only minor disappointment is that the remaining shelf life of the Meds is only about 5 - 6 month.

1) The payment option is too rigid. It would be more helpful if medsengage can accept VISA payment. 2) When placing the order I intentionally chose the option of sending document/payment by postal mail. But a medsengage respresentative called me. He pushed me around and got me to send electronic copy anyway. I am old and have impaired vision. I do not get around easily. It is easier to put things in an envelope and mail it. Since sending hard copy by postal mail is an option medsengage offers, the agent should honor it.
