Never got my order

If I could give a 0 rating I would. i received notification that the prescription had shipped. 3 WEEKS LATER, I received notice that the order had JUST arrived at the London, England Post Office. Then I was told by the online chat representative that the order was in the US - which it wasn't. Now it is in the US and I'm still waiting to receive it. This organization has no integrity or credibility.

I live in the US, and was frustrated at one of my meds costing over $500 a month - that's with "good" insurance for a common year-round drug. I ordered from here, and paid a fraction of the cost - for a 3 month supply. Ordered 3/25/2021 and they arrived 4/6/2021, sealed name brand - exactly the same as what I have paid a fortune for previously.

I am grateful to have a mail order company to confidently use in Canada.

The purchase and delivery process went as explained with no surprises or delays. I have not had time to evaluate the quality of the product but so far all is well.

I sent in a order.. per instructions, I faxed in the order info, the prescription, a copy of a photo ID, and a copy of a voided check for payment processing. The following week I had a email that the order was pending because they needed a prescription. I emailed back the prescription was attached in the fax. Another week, another notification email that the prescription was not sent. I sent everything again.... the photo is, the prescription, the cancelled check. Now I get a email saying it is pending because they don’t have a photo ID. I called them, left a message. They really need to get it together. This is a pain...
