Frustrated with pickup experience. They were late picking up the stroller. Also received emails about crib 2 days after we left. Crib had been left with bell services as instructed.

This stroller rental couldn’t have been easier, from the online form to pick up and drop off! We picked up and dropped off at 2 different hotels, and it was incredibly easy. The strollers were waiting for us at hotel #1, and we were able to leave them with the concierge at hotel #2. We stayed at a Disney resort in between, and the City Mini doubles were very easy to get on and off the bus (I specifically chose them over other strollers because I like the single movement to fold). The coolers were great - we used one for cold snacks and one for pantry snacks. The rain covers were also key - Florida in August means it’ll rain every day, but they were super easy to pop on and keep moving! Fantastic price for the week as well. Will definitely rent again next time we’re in Florida!

Process for getting and returning the strollers was easy and convenient. Stroller was in excellent condition and very clean. would recommend Kingdom Strollers to those looking for a quality stroller in Orlando. Only suggestion would be to have the person dropping off the stroller to demonstrate how to collapse the stroller. We figured it out, but it took some time to do it.

Our experience was top notch! From booking to delivery, the communication was flawless. The delivery and pickup text reminders were nice and the employees were extremely easy to locate onsite at our hotel. The stroller was like new and the rain cover included was so helpful during afternoon storms. I’d highly recommended this company and will use them again for future trips. I can not express enough how easy this process was they drop your stroller at the resort and pick it up at the end of your trip. They were very understanding when our bus was delayed and waited there until we arrived. The stroller was perfect well worth the money. I highly recommend and will use them for future trips.

When we arrived at the resort, it was readily available to us. Both my children, one is 6 yrs old and the other is 13 months old, fit comfortably in the double stroller. Text to return and ready for pickup was so convenient as well. We had no issues. It truly made our park to park visit very easy and convenient. We will definitely refer them to our family and friends, and if needed we will use them again. Thank you.
