easiest process ever! the stroller we rented was dropped off in the lobby of our hotel before we even arrived. used it, loved it, and put it back in the same spot of the lobby when we were done. since we no longer travel with a stroller, this was money WELL spent for a day at the parks!!!

The stroller was in decent shape, set at a decent price, and pick up and drop-off was super simple.

Clean strollers and were always on time with drop off and pick up. Was always able to get in touch with someone. Overall very pleased although they did forget our snack tray that we paid for an add on but had it to us later that day.
