Really easy to work with. They were timely for drop off and pick up. I changed my time last minute for pick up and it was no big deal, no additional charge. Will definitely be booking on our next visit!

This is the best service! They bring the stroller to your resort when you arrive and pick it up before you depart. It’s so easy and not having to travel with your own stroller but still having one for Disney is a major plus!!

The stroller rental was seamless. It really made our trip to Disney so much easier and kept the kids cool and happy. I was so relieved to have an option that didn't include lugging another stroller on a plane. My only regret is that we couldn't fit it in the car for the week at the beach. I loved the service. And the stroller was so great to have. Such a brilliant business to have in Orlando. The stroller was clean, the cooler and rain cover were exactly what we needed and used every time we went to the parks. They met us at our hotel to drop the stroller. And they came to pick it up. A definite MUST if you have children.
