Package arrived quickly. Product as described . Looks suitable for 8-10 years and fits most tables

I ordered and paid for 2 toys for my granddaughters birthday. Only one toy was received and when my son in law contacted you he was informed the second toy was not in stock. As I am in Australia and they are in England the discrepancy was not discovered until my granddaughter opened her parcel. Very disappointed that I was charged for non existent stock.

Every piece of equipment I have bought from Brightminds has been excellent. They are sturdy and interesting toys and all the children receiving them have had years of play. My grandson was immediately into the Smart Max vehicle set and loves the constructions he has made. For bright children they are perfect.

Excellent customer service

I feel like i've been scammed. This company does not reply to emails and does not have a working phone number. I returned items (as detailed on their website) after they were not received before christmas. I have still not received a refund 1 month later. Multiple emails are not responded to and there is no phone number that seems to work. I feel like I've been robbed. I would not purchase from this company on the basis that they have a non-existent customer service and if you do decide to return items then you are unlikely to get a refund or indeed any response to email dialogue.

A great website with lots of educational and fun gifts for children, grandchildren and party presents. Super quick delivery too!
