Big range of fun toys and games. Useful guidance about toys suitable for certain ages, but stock so low that a moment's hesitation (e.g. asking the child's mother) meant the chosen item was already out of stock!

Goods well packed and very prompt, on-time delivery.

Poor packaging. Order involved two same items. One packed well with bubble wrap and scrunched paper. Other had no protective packaging in the box. I had to pay to return the product. There was no returns form enclosed with either parcel as advised in you returns instructions. I am still waiting for refund.
