I think BrightMinds has a great range of fun, educational tiys/gifts fir young ones. They are good quality and many are made from sustainable substances rather than the usual mountains of plastic. I ordered the Melissa & Doug magnetic truck and cars as xmas gift for my Godson's 3 yr old. Unfortunately that was not what arrived a few days later so I sent email to BrightMinds who responded within 2 hours (this was Weds before xmas) apologising profusely and informing me that they had put the correct item in post, it was sadly unlikely to reach me in time for xmas but no need to send the other item back. The gift arrived the very next day - excellent! Not only that but, after putting it in morning post on Friday 1st class, Roysl Mail delivered it on Sat!!! Great service all round. Thank you BrightMinds (and Royal Mail) The toys were lovely.

I have previously written on here about my experience of having an order cancelled but only being refunded the price of the goods with them keeping the postal charge of £3.95 for goods they haven't sent. I have emailed them 3 times and tried to phone them but unfortunately their number gives a message saying "the number you are calling is no longer in service"! The reason I am adding another review is because I have today received an email asking me to review my recent purchase! I just hope they will eventually respond to my emails and refund me the money they owe me - this has been going on since 16th December.

Good quality books, arrived safely.
