I have received a refund of £50 to PayPal/Credit Card (price was £53.95 incl P&P) with no explanation and (apparently) no product sent even though Royal Mail says it is en route! This was a Christmas present which my Grandson will now not receive. Question : Why have you kept £3.95 for P&P when you have not dispatched anything?! This is my 2nd contact with you and still no reply...
