Just installed my hyper lights in our new barndaminium. They ere fantastic light We have three on dimmers and 3 on regular switches. They are 17 ft high and do an amazing job.

Great Customer Service & Products!

Every time I emailed hyperlite with a question they responded VERY fast. I think every time it was within 15 minutes, which was crazy to me. Now for the lights. WOW. I got 10 150w lights in my 40x60x16 shop and it’s LIT up. I have zero complaints and would recommend these lights to anyone!

Ease of install and hook up.

I have installed two units to replace existing outside lights and both took me about 30 minutes each. Lighting is good. I like the fact that the light is on a swing hinge. Only complaint is the silicone gasket gets stretched out so I had to cut it to shorten it to fit in the groove but not a big deal.

Impossible to make returns…

Returning items is IMPOSSIBLE. We mistakenly ordered 100Watt lights (due to website bouncing back to previous pages) and meant to order 150Watt lights. I have contacted customer service 3 times (they will not allow you to speak with a supervisor) and followed their return policies. I have emailed pictures showing our un-used, un-damages products and emailed a letter stating our items and reasons for the returns. The Company states returns MUST be within 30 days of receipt. They make this impossible. After 3 contacts with customer service (over 1 1/2 weeks time, I was told it would take 2 weeks for me to receive an emailed return receipt for the items to be returned. I am now waiting as the days tick by. THIS IS NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY if you are looking to buy garage or shop lights.

I ordered a pair of lights but they are too big.

I ordered a pair of lights but they are bigger than expected. I emailed the company in order to return them. I was told it would take 1 - 2 weeks to get a label. I have waited for 2 weeks for a return label and I still have not received one. Not sure why it takes so long to get a label?

Disappointed

After contacting customer service to change my physical address, the lights I purchased were sent to the wrong address With this being a small order ($400.00) it does not seem to be very important that my order went to a address 50 miles from my home. I am a little disappointed in how this was handled, the customer service person (Susie) wanted me to arrange to have the lights returned…… I had to drive 100 miles to go and pick up my purchase, I am not real happy about that!
