They sent me a used/smashed 150w light when I ordered 12x 200w lights. It came smashed up in a box with no protective packaging in it like the othe lights have. It was also a 150w light in a 200w box. It was very obvious that someone returned this packaged and hyperlite sent it right back out. Hyperlite has not made it easy to get the correct light sent out to me to replace this one. Once I get it. My review will change.

After I ordered 13 hero light one day after delivery there was a 10% off sale. After asking for a manager if they could honor the sale price they said no. I will do my best to tell everyone I know about what happened to me. I will also comment on Facebook every time I see your ad. This is unacceptable and company greed. My goal is to convince a potential customer what happened to me.
