Guardian is friendly, gets to the point, immediately started settling debts, and all the staff seem to be hard working and focused. Response times are fast and this group has been so effective, I am very grateful.

I thought this would have been faster. All of my other cards I didn't include in my process either cancelled my card or lowered my credit availability. And I asked for Citi to be one of the first ones and Prosper and it still no movement in either of those.

Just needed to get out of debt. So I had to trust someone.
