They advised me to stop paying my credit cards, which sent my score plummeting from 630 to 500 in just 11 months. They kept me paying $350 a month, never fully disclosing that this process could take years to improve my financial situation. Their customer service is misleading and has consistently given me false hope, telling me things would improve soon. When my accounts were finally charged off, they "negotiated" a $10,000 debt down to $8,000—but charged me an extra $2,000 for the service! I could have handled this myself without paying their steep fees. I don't trust their process, and I strongly suspect many of their positive reviews are fake. Guardian Litigation has been nothing but a costly mistake and a frustrating experience. Don’t fall for it—look elsewhere for debt resolution!
