Quick and pleasant service

Nice skirt but AWFUL customer service. I won’t be buying anything from this company again. They had not processed my order almost 2 weeks after ordering it. It took 4 emails including one to the CEO before they sorted it out. No proactive communication or apology from them. Awful.

I called the King’s Rd Shop, they were really helpful regarding a dress I was thinking about buying. I bought it and came to the shop a few days later to try on the dress which I loved.

I bought a dress as a present and paid for it to be gift wrapped. It was not wrapped and my numerous emails have been ignored.

Super friendly and helpful. Great boots.
