Great service and excellent quality shirt.

I ordered a dress from the website with the help of a staff member while I was in one of the Aspiga stores. I received a reassuring email saying there might be a slight delay in dispatch as they were very busy. After two weeks it hadn’t arrived and I tried to get through on the phone on multiple occasions to check. Couldn’t get through. I then sent an email and two days later, a reply saying the order was cancelled, citing a stock system problem and offering a 15%discount on a future order. I wonder how long it would have taken them to tell me had I not emailed. I am left with no time to find an alternative outfit for an event I am shortly to attend. If there is a problem with the stock system why send a reassuring email saying there would be a slight delay? Also if there is a problem with the systems, why not put more staff on answering phone queries and warn customers that orders may not be fulfilled. It would have been only courteous to share the information that there were difficulties immediately, so that customers can find alternatives. Very poor indeed!

Dress was 5 star. Delivery delay and poor communications 1star. Average 3 star. I’ll probably buy again but only when I’m feeling calmer about your administration

I have bought many lovely garments from Aspiga over the years and they are always beautifully made and excellent quality and I love the vibrant colours. My ONLY criticism however (and the reason I did not give 5 stars) is slow delivery. More than once. After 2 weeks I chased my latest order and it was then despatched the following day. Most companies I use despatch the day or so after the order is placed. Frustrating.

First purchase, great experience Both delivery of the order and processing of the refund were carried out efficiently. I adore the two blouses I kept, great to find some pretty things without very low necks. Thank you.

The dress is even nicer than in the catalogue .It fits nicely and looks really elegant .

Delightful summer sundress in most attractive colours. Couldn't decide between fabrics but finally plumped for pink and green as a cool combination. Fine, light cotton fabric, lined to the knee, so not see-through. I'm normally size 12, and the medium is ideal, while the shirring at the back means the bodice fits well but is also comfortable. Quite expensive for me, but the quality and style is worth it.
