Great service clothing true to size

Easy to order and package arrived when it said it would. The fine cord trousers are soft as soft almost like velvet! Absolutely love them! Great quality.

The zip was not stitched in at the bottom. Also the top half was very tight fitting.

Sadly the Gaia sandals I purchased are faulty. So disappointing as I waited 2 weeks for them to arrive at at nearly £200 I was expecting something better. The sole at the heel on one show is peeling off and lifting off in another part. I will have to return the items obvs but I had hoped not to. I’ve considered glueing them down myself but at that price think it’s not what I would expect. The other items are too large for me and the quality is again not great so I will return these too. Shame as I have tried to support Aspiga as ethically I like your brand and enjoyed some beautiful dresses from your shop.

My money still not in my account after returning dress 13/11/24 if buying a dress worth £250 I seriously feel returns should be free. I paid £9.35 because of the value and STILL my money is not returned to me. Please explain why and take me off your mailing list
