Shop assistant so helpful, honest and happy to bring so many things for me to try. In the age of internet shopping sometimes in person experience is poor but this was excellent.

Just received my order of 2 pairs of sandals - £90 each - and am appalled at the condition in which they were sent! These are my 5th and 6th purchase of ‘Cobra Sandals’ - and I have kept mine pristine, and in boxes. These sent have obviously been tried on, the boxes are literally falling apart, the tissue paper is crumpled and worn, one of the boxes is flat! (The glue has dried and box disintegrated) and one pair is missing the canvas bag. These were for a present for my daughter - there is no way I would keep them myself, and definitely couldn’t give these as a gift. And according to the despatch note, all returns must be paid for at buyers expense? This is not so for faulty goods! I have always been a champion of the Aspiga brand but not any more. I actually feel insulted that I could be expected to accept such shoddy goods. Only wish I could attach photos - it needs to be seen to be believed!

Love the shop and staff. However I spilt some icecream on my dress. Got a cloth and some soap to wipe it away. Unfortunately it left a faded area on my dress where it had been wiped on the front.
