2 dresses ordered and 1 has stitching coming undone up to arm Pit and zip after being worn twice. Not the best for the cost of these. Emailed 3 times and phoned customer service snd no response at all. Would not use company again due to non existent customer support

I ordered a beach coverup £65 , awful poor looking shapeless nothing appealing and certainly not worth the money , my problem was trying to return it there was no paperwork with garment I had to pay £9.95 to post it back . Will never use this company again .

Orders for Xmas a men’s shirt as a present Size too big. Returned , filling in form for smaller size. 3 weeks later, I asked for news? Told refund on the way . FULL STOP. Am still waiting to know , what went wrong and how to actually give my belated Xmas present?
