I enjoyed one of these robes at our hotel during a recent visit to New Orleans. I wore it constantly while in our room. I liked it so much, my husband bought me one for my birthday. This made me very happy.

I got a robe on vacation about 9 years ago from a hotel. I love my robe so much, and my husband got a replacement since my hotel robe is old now. Not the same, but it was a waffle robe at least. I called the super friendly and helpful staff under the "contact us" on their website. The fellow was so helpful and looked up the hotel and exactly which robes they had. He gave me the style number and exact length. Even offering me assistance to find it on their site. I found my robe and ordered the 401-48 and it arrived in pristine condition. It fits perfectly and is bright white - making my old one looking so gray from multiple washings (but still in tip top shape with no frayed edges or seams coming apart). I love the 3/4 length sleeves because they stay out of the way of everything and don't catch on bedside drinks or other things that may try to catch. While I was trying on my new robe the cat was having a field day with the sturdy bag my robe came in. It is just his size to get his chunky body in for a nap, or on top of for a nap. I have very broad shoulders and usually wear an XL shirt. The OSFM fits perfectly. Thank you all for being so caring. Your product line is outstanding. I even ordered two more robes, one for travel and one for a gift.

I haven’t received my robes yet, which would be fine except communication has been practically nonexistent. The website says you will get a confirmation of your order and another when your order ships, and that robes take 7-10 days to personalize. I ordered last month and never got a confirmation, so I emailed customer service to ensure my order was received. I was told that it was received and in the monogram shop which takes about a week-10 days and then shipping so I should get my order by around the 9th of this month. The 9th came and went and still not even a shipping confirmation. So I email customer service AGAIN asking for an update and am told it’s still at the monogram shop to be picked up that day, I am not upset that I don’t have my order, but I shouldn’t be having to reach out for these updates. I’ve never ordered from a business and gotten NO confirmation email whatsoever. And yet the money was absolutely taken out of my bank account. It’s very frustrating because I can’t help but wonder if I’ll ever even get my order or what is going on.

I stayed in Cannon beach, OR and the towels they had at the hotel were amazing and so fluffy. I ordered the same towels as soon as I got home using the same info on the tag of the towels at the hotel and the towels I received are not fluffy and hard, even after washing and following the websites directions???

Bought two monogrammed “waffle” robes for our visiting guests and they were a big hit. One robe arrived without a belt but customer service was great and shipped me a replacement the next day. I was so impressed with the quality and price of the robes I also ordered another one to have on hand for any future guests we may have and it arrived same day as the replacement belt. Highly recommend

We stayed at an upscale hotel in Galveston Texas and they had these robes in the room. They were Awesome. My wife wanted one. So I called the desk and asked if they sold the robes. But they didn’t have any so I looked the company on line and ordered 2. Had her initials embroidered on hers and she loves it
