i have been ordering waffle robes from you for a few years. the finishing of the product was really bad on my last order. there are threads everywhere that i need to cut. the finishing is so bad that i am glad i had the order ship to myself so i could inspect it and trim the treads before gifting gifting the robes. also the free black bag are ugly and useless; so you should come up with something else the robes are nice, just the finishing is the problem. also, i would like more choices of fonts for embroidery and thread color including a -shinny silver -shinny gold (great for wedding gift) -taupe

These were bought as gifts and the recipients were thrilled. I ordered well before I needed them in order to leave plenty of time for shipping, To my surprise they arrived the next day! And shipping was free.
