The waffle robe was way too big. It was too long but big all over. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! I had it monogrammed so I can’t return it. I already own a monarch robe of the same type & it fits perfectly. 😔😢

Apparently Angel Nicolas doesn’t know how to return emails. I needed the robe before Feb 6th and had asked to change the shipping to make that happen. Angel said he/she would take care of it and let me know when the robe shipped. That never happened, today is the 5th and no robe. Horrible customer service!!!

Bathrobe is excellent and better than expected

The robe we bought and received is fantastic. Excellent craftsmanship and materials. The only reason that I don't rate them a 5-star is the embroidery. The stitching was great, but a more conscientious effort would have made the letters wider, given the subtlety of the contrast in the pink/white. I would have never let the almost-invisible letters out of the door. Attention to details is what separates great from Exceptional!

Best sheets ever!! These are the softest, most comfortable sheets. I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud. Would highly highly recommend.
