I have been trying to contact the company to return my robe. I filled out the online return form and left two voicemails. Nobody has gotten back to me. The robe is very rough and scratchy. Not sift at all, as the listing describes.

My wife and and I recently stayed at an Omni Hotel for the first time. My wife loved the chamois cloth robes in the room. Usually hotel robes are terry or waffle weave and aren't that comfortable. The chamois cloth robe was super soft and comfortable. After we got home my wife decided to order one for both of us. We love wearing them around the house.

While the quality of the product was lovely, I unfortunately purchased the wrong size. I have tried twice to get a return/exchange label to get the correct size with no luck. I tried on line once and then called and talked to customer service. I was told I would have a label in my in box right way. This did not happen. You have my correct email, as I have received order and shipping information. It is not in my junk folder. The robe is not monogramed. I would just like to get a different size - standard not wide girth. The one I received is unwearable! I am EXTREMELY disappointed that I can not exchange this and it has been so difficult!

I was very pleased with my experience with Monarch Cypress. My iPad would not let me indicate what color I wanted for my monogram. They were kind enough to email me instead of just eliminating the monogram. And the robes are luxurious!

Excellent quality. Love the terry cloth robe. I have one myself and got it as a gift for my boyfriend, embroidery was perfect. He loves to wear it to dry off after showering.

The robe was exactly what we ordered. I ordered it to replace one we purchased at a resort in Colorado in 2016. The new robe is the same quality and exactly what we hoped it would be!

I purchased a lovely robe which arrived very quickly, even though it was shortly before the holiday. The quality was exceptional, but the Large was just too roomy. I will be reordering in a smaller size. Customer service for the return was easy and responsive. Highly recommend these robes!

Super high quality bathrobes!!!!! These robes make wonderful presents. I ordered two hooded robes, as presents, for Christmas. Both people loved them!!!!! I will defiantly buy again from Monarch Cypress.
