Never Arrived. Three and half weeks later and I have still not received my order. Apparently it has not even shipped yet. I love Monarch robes, but will not be ordering directly from them anymore.

I like the robe. I own one that is 15 years old, and needed to replace it. However I ordered the robe in the wrong size and am having a hard time returning/exchanging it.

Wonderful customer service and a nice product line. I only wish the website had alerted me to the fact that I ordered a polyester blended robe, when I wanted an all cotton one, but because the prices were the same, I didn’t pay any attention to that and didn’t see the small print. It worked out because I will use the two for guests and I ordered an all cotton one for myself! I was missing a belt on the last order and they promptly sent me a replacement and I originally had a Monarch Kimono robe from a bed and breakfast that we stayed in and we couldn’t leave without buying the ones we wore, so I had to have a replacement!

The robes were everything we could have asked for! Thick, heavy robes and so soft and comfy. Couldn't have been any better than it was. Perfect!

Amazing quality.

I have been searching the Internet to replace a robe I had purchased from a spa many years ago. I finally got smart and checked the tab on my old robe and it said Monarch Robes. I’m so happy I found Monarch and was able to purchase another robe as mine was ripping/falling apart inside (10+ yrs old). These robes are lightweight, comfortable and maintains my body temperature without causing me to sweat. The terry lining is soft and absorbable. I love this robe!!
