We were searching for a quality bathrobe that was not made in China so we contacted the Monarch Cypress online customer service to find out where their robes are made and no one could tell us. We liked the look of the robe very much so we took a chance and ordered it. Once we received it we saw on the tag that it was indeed made in China. Very disappointing. How can a company not know where their products are made??? Returning it (and having to pay $16.99 for shipping - their policy).
