This is my third purchase of these kimono bath robes. Quality is great and the personalization is neatly embroidered. I know I will purchase them again. They are one of my standard bridal shower gifts

Great robe, very heavy terry cloth, fits great (6’0”, 190#). Have bought 2 other robes in the last 2 months to replace 10yr old heavy terry robe: 1 from Target, fleece, $30, junk; another from JCP, $120 on sale for $72, one size fits most, way too small for me. Both robes are now guest robes for our sauna. Save your time and money and buy this robe now. They’re great.

Soft and high quality robe and towels!

I bought two robes from Monarch to keep in our guest room closet. They get rave reviews from guests, and from me. The robes are so easy to wash and dry and have ready for the next visitors! Comfy, plush, and the large fits just about anyone who comes - thanks to the wrap around styling.

Had to make phone call to get the return taken care of. Doing it on line did not work with existing prompts.

Ordered an overrun and was so surprised with the quality. It was exactly like the photo and compared to other sites that said the robes shrunk when washed, these robes did not. They are amazing. They were also delivered quickly. Would just say, order the size you really want as they are plenty big enough. From reading other websites I ordered ones that were too large but my fault not Monarchs. They are luxurious.

The robes themselves are really gorgeous and I can't wait to give them as gifts. Colors are as expected, the embroidery is perfect, and the fabrics feel really good quality - nice weighty robes. There were multiple delay issues with my order, that were eventually resolved to my satisfaction. I've given 4 stars because the timelines given for embroidered products on their site and in their emails, are not accurate - I was given different, longer, timelines when I called Customer Service regarding my delayed order. I was ordering for time-sensitive gifts, so that was a critical consideration for me, and the delays - although resolved - were frustrating. If you have the time to wait, they really are gorgeous robes I'm going to be so proud to gift.

just purchased a bath rob for my husband which was on clearance sale because they made too much and it did not have any pockets. however when I received the rob, it is not the same quality they described on the website and it's really bad quality. very disappointed because I have one rob and love it and it's so soft and I was expecting the same.
