The first thing to mention is that Wendy valued our house higher than other estate agents and sold just shy of asking price so we are very happy. It must be hard to judge but our buyers turned out to be extremely challenging and created months of delays, however Wendy, Nick and Bronte fought for us and got the right result.

As a landlord I've had nothing but fantastic service from Merrick Binch since 2009 more or less which was when they started up. Everything is done on time and they have a good selection of tradespersons on the books for if services or repairs are required. With the exeption of two errors in the online advertisement, which I had to point out, my experience was very positive. Merrick Binch were efficient and they provided regular updates in the journey of the process. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Absolutely fantastic - also helped advise with a great removal company and fantastic solicitors. They kept us updated all the time and with great advice and obviously a lot of experience.
