Sold a house on my behalf, which was subject to a probate valuation which unlike others, they did free of charge. And dealt with it sympathetically, which is very important in a sad and emotional situation. Regarding selling the house Merrick Binch sorted everything, including showing prospective purchasers round, dealing with the solicitors etc. Sold it very quickly, and as such reduced their commision !!
