Whole RMS experience, Fantastic
The whole RMS experience has been fantastic. After being with RMS for over 10 years we have recently upgraded our terminal - Dan not only understood that we needed the card machines to run through ethanet but when we were trying to set them up and lost contact (power cut) he phoned me back straight away as well as the next day to make sure everything was working properly. I can highly recommend the customer service of Dan and everyone I have spoken to over the last couple of weeks at RMS. Working in hospitality customer service is essential and i really felt like as a business we have been really well looked after. Dan and the rest of the staff i have spoken to are a credit to the company. Keep up the good work.
