Our German specialist garage was on the look out for a card machine for a while trying to find the right equipment, after our consultation with Mr Eddie Lauchlan he helped us set up our new services which met all our requirements. We were set up with our new card service quickly and efficiently after meeting Eddie meaning we could continue to provide a better service for our own customers. He helped us set up both the machine and our online portal with ease. Would highly recommend.

All in all not a bad service just didn't fit my company needs in the end. I did have a few issues upon cancellation but this was soon rectified by a lady called Tina and a guy called Jordan. I was left more than happy with their individual service in particular.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I wouldn't usually take this line of complaint but I feel so strongly about this company. I was visited in my own home by Jamie Holmes on 23rd November last year and persuaded me to buy a card reader for £300 and he would sort out cancelling my existing contract with Take Payments and Barclays. After a couple of weeks, there wasn't any sign of termination so I tried ringing Jamie but no response. I put a complaint into RMS but this was only actioned in January and then given updates saying this is ongoing. Today, I received a call from One of the reps who told me they had sent three emails and tried to phone on several occasions but never left a voicemail. I have searched through all my mail and never received a thing. I was told by Charlie that I can't cancel now and have two card terminals to pay for.

Mr dando called into my place of business to offer me a card machine which would help me to save money compared with the one I had already had installed at my garage, he was extremely helpful with getting me all set up and ready to start using it once I’d received it through the post, all it took was a simple phone call to him for a nice and easy step by step of getting me online with it.

STAY AWAY FROM RMS
Unfortunately I have to leave 1 star otherwise it would be 0. My manager was mis-sold retail merchant service by what we feel is an incompetent salesman whom I myself would refer to as a conman with an 'anything to make a sale' kind of attitude instead of actually taking into account other factors, which he should because there are many laws in place when it comes to sales. Anyway, after my manager was mis-sold and we realised she had been mis-sold we made ample of phonecalls and emails trying our hardest to get through to the right department while being past from pillar to post to be able to get through to somebody who could help. We logged many of complaints which took time to be looked into. My manager finally spoke to somebody who agreed that he understands what she has been through and is still going through and agreed a route in which she was overjoyed because it was a weight lifted off her shoulders. RMS arranged for the machine to be collected, the service was cancelled and that was that. Since having an email in writing they have bombarded her still trying to bill her so today she finally got through to somebody whom I spoke to myself on the phone who at the end of the phonecall said "he will make sure the account is closed and their are no further payments to be made" I asked to have this in writing his response was "once I have spoke to the correct team he will be able to put something in email" however could not do it until confirmed although he said over the phone he would get it sorted. A few moments later he calls back and says this cannot happen as there is only one option. Although my manager on multiple occasions has been told the account is cancelled and this should not have happened... I am writing this review because my manager has been in absolute bits since all of this, she has been targeted in the most insensitive way through no fault of her own over being mis-sold a terminal by the conman himself. I hope this gets to the correct team because this is causing my manager a great deal of mental health and I feel as though she is being targeted for one thing and that is £££! If your excuse is your staff are not trained in this and that use the £££ you con out of consumers by paying for some training because that shouldn't be an excuse in any business. Either have the professionals who know what they are doing or don't have them at all. Say something and stick to it, don't keep changing your minds that cannot happen! Also stop using pathetic excuses as reasons, training within the company is necessary!
