I still haven’t received my order.

Clearly the size that they say these sealers are definitely are off by 2/5 of an inch. It’s impossible to reach anyone and get a response for a return. I can’t use these aluminum induction sealers, I should have paid attention to the reviews. It’s now four days past the return date because I can’t get a response from anyone. Update 9/8 I did receive an email, they said that sometimes the measurements are off 1mm-2mm and telling me they’ll refund 50% of my money, we’ll mines were an entire 1/4” smaller and if you know they run small then put that in the description or simply make them larger to compensate for the foreseeable shortage. I can’t use 50% of the product so why wouldn’t I get a full refund? I’m still upset
