When I checked the delivery status, they response quickly. However, they said they didn't have enough inventory and it will take 1 additional week. I requested the refund and they gave me full refund without hassle. I will shop with them again.

Thus far, quick and easy. The item is backordered so the real test comes with how timely delivery is managed once available for shipping. But to this point it's all good.
