Don't bother with planet beauty. If you didn't get your order, they won't offer you any support. Also just found out that the shipping method that they use doesn't even ship to my address, which is further proof that I didn't get my package. Ask them to file a claim for missing package. Got nothing but a nasty attitude in response. Customer service response is also very slow...almost too intentionally slow. I have reason to believe that a lot of these positive reviews are lying. I'm going to tell you straight that if anything were to happen to your package they will not help you. You're out of money. Read their complaints on BBB and other websites. Then you'll see what they're really like

The products were the best price available and the delivery service was quick! My only suggestion would be to offer a pump for the large bottles. They often last forever, so repeat pumps are rarely necessary, but for first-time buyers, a pump would be useful. Thank you, Denise Tripp
